Your data is stored securely using industry-standard measures. We use Supabase for authentication and account data, and Paystack for payment processing. Both providers employ encryption and security protocols to protect your information. We restrict access to personal data to authorised personnel only.

6. How Long We Retain Your Data

We retain your personal information for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period thereafter (up to 12 months) to handle any post-cancellation queries. Payment records may be retained longer where required by South African tax or financial regulations. You may request earlier deletion at any time (see Section 8).

7. Sharing of Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data with the following third-party service providers solely to operate our service:

• Paystack (payment processing)
• Supabase (authentication and database hosting)
• WhatsApp / Meta (message delivery)

These providers have their own privacy policies and are contractually obligated to protect your data.
